whatever level of working out you are at, no amount is too little. If it is walking half hour each day to working out 2 hours a day, movement burns calories.
Never Give Up
Getting fit is not easy. Stay focused. It is not something that happens overnight. If you fall, don't give up. Start right back up. The end result is your reward.
