We gear each sessions to a person's individual needs and personal goals. No two sessions are alike. You will have a different workout each session. I will check on you daily as well as have weekly weigh ins. You will have access to me daily for any questions and advice. Failure is not an option! You have no choice but to meet your fitness goals.
BodybyU just doesn't shape athletes physically, we shape the minds of our clients internally. We promote self confidence and awareness in normal everyday obstacles. Although the client may be a good athlete, we want to make sure they also have the life skills needed for everyday living. We teach them how to carry themselves, the importance of education, and provide tutoring if needed.
BodybyU shapes and molds the athlete physically and mentally. We teach athletes how to present themselves properly through their social media. We show them what to put on and not put on the internet as well as explain the importance of it. Present them the knowledge of what colleges look for in a student athlete. We research thee school academically and athletically to make sure the fit is right.
